The children have had a fascinating Science Week here at Clearwater. The national theme this year is ‘Journeys’ so we have been exploring space and learning about the solar system.
We have experimented with forces by making air powered rockets using straws and seeing which travelled further. We have also made lava lamps, space slime and discovered chemical reactions by creating an explosion using coke and mentos.
