Clearwater Academy are looking to appoint a number of caring, energetic and enthusiastic teaching assistants to work throughout the school on fixed term and maternity cover contracts from September 2024.

Applicants will be able to demonstrate that they can plan and support the delivery of a highly stimulating learning experiences to ensure that all children flourish and foster a love of learning.

The successful applicants will be able to motivate and inspire children and work successfully as part of our small but growing team. They will be expected to have the vision, energy and dedication to support the delivery of outstanding outcomes for all learners. We are looking for teaching assistants who have the creativity and drive to contribute to the wider life of the academy and support the Christian vision, values and ethos of our school.

We have a number of positions available working between 20 and 30 hours per week throughout all key stages, including working as SEN 1:1 support. Please include a covering letter indicating your preference and experience when applying.

These roles are for a fixed term commencing on 1st September and continuing so long as funding is available to support the post advertised.  Funding has been initially agreed for a fixed term period of 1 year.

The maternity role is for a fixed term commencing on 1st September and continuing so long as the employee remains on maternity leave.

These positions can also be combined with up to 15 additional hours working within our breakfast and after-school club (8-9 and 3.30-5.30).
