Admission Number

In 2025, Clearwater Church of England Primary Academy will have a pupil admission number (PAN) of 60 reception pupils. Children will normally be admitted in the school year in which they reach their fifth birthday.

Application Process

The Local Authority will process applications for the school. Applications should be sent to:

Co-ordinated Admissions Team, Shire Hall, Gloucester, GL1 2TP.

From the 1st November 2024 the online portal will open for applications. The application form can be obtained from the LA website at www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/schooladmissions.

The closing date for applications is 15 January 2025

Offers will be made on 16 April 2025

In-year Admissions

To apply for a place at Clearwater Church of England Primary Academy, parents should complete an application form which can be obtained from https://www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/education-and-learning/school-admissions/applying-for-a-school-place-during-the-school-year/

Please return completed forms to Clearwater C of E Primary Academy, Clearwater Drive, Quedgeley, Gloucester, GL2 4GH or via email to office@clearwateracademy.co.uk.

We will offer in-year places up to the overall capacity of the year group and we cannot guarantee a place at the academy if the number of children has reached the overall capacity.  All in-year applications will be considered, depending on the availability of places and prioritised according to the oversubscription criteria as stated in the Admission Arrangements Policy.
