Friends of Clearwater Primary Academy

Friends of Clearwater Primary Academy (FOCPA) incorporates the wider school community who help them raise funds for the school. Please see a letter from them here: Introducing FOCPA

FOCPA was formed originally as Clearwater PTA by a group of parents when the school opened in October 2017 and has grown with many volunteers since. The team is made up of 4 core members and additional fundraisers who meet regularly to discuss fundraising ideas, organise events and consume quite a lot of tea and cake!

FOCPA-raised funds have contributed towards the children’s scrap pod and the trim trail, both of which are used – and loved – by the children during playtime. FOCPA funds are used to buy books for the weekly Regular Reader prizes and contribute towards the cost of travel for the children to take part in class trips and sports events in and around Gloucester.

We have always been lucky to have a wonderful school community and have had amazing support from the staff, parents and governors at Clearwater Academy.
