Last summer, we were all very surprised to have an air ambulance land on our school field! As a follow-up, Andrew from Great Western Air Ambulance Charity led our worship on Monday and talked to us all about the air ambulances in detail. Thank you, Andrew!
Through art and drama, and with the help of a wonderful pupil volunteer, Mr Rae told the story of how Jesus guided the disciples when they were competing to 'be the best' with the message that you are the best if you serve others and put others first, not try to be seen as the winner.
The children welcomed the Open the Book team to Collective Worship last week. They told the story of ‘God’s Friend’ from the Old Testament of God leading Abraham from Haran to Canaan.
