Our last day of Science Week on Friday was fantastic; we were all engineers! Our amazing visitor Ben, who works for Dyson, gave us the inspiration to design our own bridges and create our very own models. What a fantastic opportunity the children had on Wednesday to learn all about and spot the STEM element in various careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths. Thank you to our parents who came in to share a rich variety of fascinating careers; it has ignited quite a few budding aerospace engineers and biomedical scientists!
The children have loved sharing their books in the reading cafes this week - thank you parents and carers for coming to celebrate our love of reading!

Science Week started with a bang as we were all excited to welcome a STEM ambassador to Clearwater. Mr Allin helped us all to design and test our own paper aeroplanes and paper boats; children definitely enjoyed testing them out!
